Please be informed that the "Kill Switch / Deactivate User ID" function is strictly for eBanker Pro users only.

If you notice any unusual account activity or suspect your account has been compromised, kindly deactivate your User ID to prevent further losses.

By submitting this request:

1. Once your User ID is deactivated, you are no longer be able to login to eBanker Pro.
2. All existing transactions (if any) will continue to be active and will be executed on the effective date.
3. To reactivate the access, please submit a user maintenance form to your account holding branch.

Afterwards, please contact the following to make a report on the fraud / scam incident:

1. Bank Islam Contact Centre at 03-26 900 900 (24 hours, daily); or
2. National Scam Response Centre at 997 (8am to 8pm daily); or
3. Customer Helpdesk at 03-2782 1314 / 1315 (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
